100-hour training – Level 1+ level 2 – Advanced Breathwork for Mental Health, focusing on resilience and emotional wellbeing Cost -£ 918 (£1080 original price – 15%) Both training programmes – Certified by the YAUK Professionals This course is for yoga teachers, therapists, counsellors, coaches, bodyworkers, health care professionals, and anyone who wants to change careers or simply develop themselves. Start Date: End of February till June 2025 – depending on the programme
