The Day will commence with a 2 hour yoga practise to balance the Doshas. Then after lunch I will give a talk on the basics of Ayurveda followed by Meditation. During lunchtime you may like to leave the studio for a beautiful walk connecting to the elements of The Meon Valley.

This CPD may be attended face to face or via zoom.
