Description

A strong, classic morning Sivananda practice, with modifications for those that need it. Followed by a Thai yoga massage demonstration, and finishing with some playtime yoga. 4 hours CPD if needed.

Senior yoga teacher Cate Knott Carpenter is based on sunny Hayling Island and has been teaching hatha yoga for 22 years and became fully qualified in Thai Yoga Massage 5 years ago. This day will be fun but with lots of learning.
