I love and teach Vinyasa Flow Hatha Yoga to all abilities.
Our class comprises of working with physical poses (moving asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation and relaxation (dyana).
It is a fun, lighthearted, inclusive class (expect to laugh!) where we explore and are inspired by the philosophy and teachings of yoga, helping us elevate our spirit on and off the mat.
