All aspects of yoga practice covered. Well balanced classes with attention to the practice in developing positive mental, emotional health and well being. Classes are varied and interesting with something different to learn each week.

Trial session £10

£34 per person for 4 weeks – choose a class you are most likely to attend each week and swap to another if you need to.
