Hi

I’m Viv Ward and I offer morning and evening classes in Bosham and Chidham in West Sussex.  All my classes are a mixture of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. I believe all of these components are essential, but one of the ways my classes are different to some teachers is that I don’t want you to feel that you’re being ordered to do anything.  My aim is to guide, instruct and suggest ways for you to discover what is best for you, and you are unique.  Sometimes, I may suggest you move out of your comfort zone, or I may suggest you’re kinder to yourself and stop struggling.
