Classical Hatha Yoga classes involving breathing and relaxation techniques, together with some meditation to enhance a sense of calm and wellbeing. With practice the techniques learned help to strengthen the body and gently encourage it to become more flexible and bring an awareness of learning the importance of good posture in daily life.
