I run two yoga groups in Snarestone, NW Leicestershire.  All groups are in a purpose built yoga studio overlooking the Ashby Canal.  Cost is £7.50 a session.   Both men and women attend the classes.  On many occasions during the summer the patio doors are open and relaxation is to the sound of bird song and the rustling of trees ….
