I am Birmingham based and teach classical Hatha Yoga both publically and privately. I have been practising Yoga for many years and welcome you in sharing my skills and knowledge.

The sessions I teach include Pranayama (breathing techniques); Asana (physical postures); Meditation and Relaxation.
I teach mixed ability classes, all welcome beginners to the experienced; Private One to One; Private Groups and Workplace sessions.
