Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost your physical and just as importantly your mental health.
These yoga sessions are for young people aged 11 and over. Focusing on the relationship with the elements, combining bodywork, breathwork, emotions, ecology, geometry, and colour. These are energy-based practices, that are born from powerful tools for training the mind and body towards health and emotional balance, enabling us to tune into our environment.
Each class is suitable for all abilities and has space for up to 10 students per session
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothes and bring your own mat.
