Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and importantly mental wellbeing.
These yoga sessions are for young people aged 11 and over. Focusing on the relationship with the elements, combining bodywork, breathwork, emotions, ecology, geometry, and colour. These are energy-based practices, that are born from powerful tools for training the mind and body towards health and emotional balance, enabling us to tune into our environment.
Each class is suitable for all abilities and has space for up to 15 students per session
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothes and bring your own mat or picnic blanket to work on. We will be outside so an additional blanket or extra layers are advisable. All relevant government Covid rules will be in place/strictly observed.
