Joanne has been offering friendly and approachable yoga classes in Ealing for 14 years, and now offers a mix of online and in person classes. She trained with FRYOG as a classical hatha yoga teacher, as well as a meditation teacher, and has since trained as a Yin Yoga teacher and is close to completing her yoga therapy training.

She also works as a life coach, a Reiki Master and a Bach Flower practitioner, as well as running 4 yoga retreats a year.

Classes are mixed ability, and include pranayama, relaxation and meditation as well as posture work. Classes can be block-booked or drop in.

One to one (or small group) yoga or meditation tuition is also offered and in particular, Joanne specialises in helping those recovering from ill health or injury to get back in shape and be able to join a regular class again.
