Kamna is a British born Hindu yoga teacher based in Datchet, Berkshire. She learned yoga during an extended family visit to India in 2006 and has been developing her knowledge in the field of Pranayama, Mantra, Chakra’s, Healing & Spirituality ever since. She qualified as a FRYOG yoga teacher in 2017. She is also a bellydance teacher aswell as a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor. Kamna has a B.Ed (Honours) Education Studies, MA (Distinction) Inclusive Education and a PGCE in Primary Education. Kamna teaches online her website www.kamna.co.uk
