Having taught for over 30 years I offer a mixture of classes for all ability levels, including very gentle classes for older students and those with health challenges. My aim is to inspire students with a careful and detailed approach to the postures and breathing techniques, whilst encouraging an exploration of movements and sequences that feel attuned to your personal needs at any particular time.

I teach in Emsworth and Bosham and offer one to one/two sessions.
