Having taught for over 35 years I offer a mixture of classes for all ability levels, including very gentle chair based classes for older students and those with health challenges. My aim is to inspire students with a careful and detailed approach to the postures and breathing techniques, whilst encouraging an exploration of movements and sequences that feel attuned to your personal needs at any particular time.

My classes are currently online via Zoom and each session is recorded so that additional practise can be made during the week following each class. I also offer one to one sessions  in students homes. Please contact me for more details.
