I offer a range of classes within Northamptonshire. My gentle yoga style combines the physical movements with mindful practices to strengthen both your body and mind, which can help you cope with the world of uncertainties we live in.
I believe yoga should make you feel great! For the whole session you will be encouraged to focus on your well being, moving gently in and out of postures to stretch, tone, strengthen and be aware of the body. Everyone is encouraged to work within their own limits and ability, making my classes suitable for everyone. It’s a personal journey and sessions are supportive, friendly and accepting to all. Many first timers come on their own, so please feel free to drop in and be introduced to like minded people who just want to feel great!
Monday 9.30-10.30am at Duston Community Centre, NN5 6DT – Gentle Yoga
Monday 6.00-7.00pm at Kingsthorpe Community Centre, NN2 6RQ. – Hatha Yoga
Wednesdays 1.30-2.45pm at The Pastures Community Centre, Kingsthorpe NN2 8PN – Gentle Yoga
All classes are drop-in, no booking required. Payment by card or cash. £8 per session.
