Willow Sanctuary is an independent Yoga Studio. in Guildford, Surrey.  It was founded in 1995 by Michelle Morrow. It is a purpose built Studio which is set amidst trees and fields and looks out into the garden of a secluded 16th Century Cottage.

The classes are small and friendly.  They include Hatha yoga, Yin, Restorative, Roll and Restore, Antenatal, Baby massage/yoga.  There are a variety of workshops which include Mindfulness for self-care and Candlelit guided meditations.   Michelle prides herself on giving individual attention so that each student develops at their own pace.

Michelle has trained through Fryog, Birthlight and covered many areas of training.  She also runs Yoga Retreats on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey.

She now employs various qualified, experienced yoga teachers who bring a new inspiration to the wonderful Studio.
