Breath focused yoga classes in Monmouthshire, South Wales
I teach 7 classes a week of differing levels from a very gentle class for older students to fairly strong and dynamic mindful flows. All my classes are very breath focused with an emphasis on safety and the reasons for doing a pose, rather than just ‘achieving a pose’. I aim to empower students so that they can understand how to make their bodies work for them in the best way possible and also understand the huge power of the breath over the way we feel physically and emotionally. I want my students to be able to take what they learn on the mat in to their every day lives. I also teach private sessions and have lots of free videos on YouTube focusing on different issues from tight hamstrings to anxiety.
I teach a combination of Zoom and Face to Face classes.
