My yoga classes are warm, welcoming and inclusive, suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in yoga.
I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, in an easy to follow way, incorporating The Asanas (postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques), The Bandhas, Meditation and Relaxation with the aim of achieving good posture, better flexibility and increased strength. Regular practise of yoga helps improve one’s health, easing stress, anxiety and tension …… but also encourages calmness helping deal with today busy lifestyles.
I also offer a monthly restorative yoga practice, slowing the body and mind down, relieving each from tension and stress. Opening the body with gentle asanas, through passive deep stretching. Calming the mind with extended pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and wonderful relaxation to end the practice. All in a cosy warm environment, with soft lighting & relaxing music.
If you prefer a private one to one lesson this is something else I can offer, either at the studio or in the comfort of your own home.
All classes are simultaneously taught via zoom too.
