My yoga classes are warm, welcoming and inclusive, suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in yoga.
I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, in an easy to follow way, incorporating The Asanas (postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques), The Bandhas, Meditation and Relaxation with the aim of achieving good posture, better flexibility and increased strength. Regular practise of yoga helps improve one’s health, easing stress, anxiety and tension …… but also encourages calmness helping deal with today busy lifestyles.
In addition Mo offers online restorative yoga classes every month on a Monday evening 6.30pm – 8.00pm. Here you can find that quiet place for you, that stillness, that freedom for your body and mind leading to a better night’s sleep.
Private 1:1 yoga classes are available too, bespoke and tailored to suit the individual student.
Also a weekly Chair based yoga class is available.
All classes are simultaneously taught via zoom too.
