I have been practising Yoga for 21 years and teaching for 17 years.   I teach classes in the areas surrounding Virginia Water, where I live, and really enjoy the experience that I gain from teaching in the wide variety of locations and establishments.    My intention, each day, at each class, is to make those attending feel as welcome and able to practise Yoga as possible.
