I teach Hatha Yoga, this includes asanas, breathing techniques, meditation and a lovely relaxation to end the class.
You'll come away feeling more grounded and calm!
I also run regular workshops where you will enjoy a calm, accessible yoga practice, a short mindful activity, and a long, guided yoga nidra. It’s about taking time for yourself and being looked after.
The workshop is suitable for all abilities, including beginners, you don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just come as you are. Plus there's homemade cake and teas and coffees!
