Yoga teacher based in South Birmingham.

Teaching in studios, gyms, Universities (UOB and BCU), and in collaboration with local charities (most recently Birmingham Mind and Kinmos).

I also offer private 1-1 or small group classes, as well as Corporate Karma- Yoga in the workplace.

General classes are Hatha based, mindful movement suitable for complete beginners & beyond.

I also teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & Yoga Fusion.
