Foundation Course and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course with Lyn Eborall

Join Lyn for this transformative and comprehensive course covering a wide range of yoga practices, philosophy and teaching techniques. This training promotes personal growth and self-discovery as well as offering support in small group classes to give you that individualised attention as well as community with other participants.

The first year is the Foundation Course offering a deeper dive into the authentic tradition of yoga and serves as a stepping stone for ongoing learning into the second year if you wish to continue and become a certified yoga teacher.

Price: £1,100 for Foundation Year, further £1,100 to continue onto the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
