The Shanti Path – A Journey to Peace and Harmony
I am delighted to invite you to join me and my team of wonderful Friends of Yoga teachers for our annual summer yoga retreat at Park Place Pastoral Centre, in the Hampshire village of Wickham.
The weekend will commence at 4pm on Friday 25th July and conclude at 2pm on Sunday 27th July.
The theme for this weekend is The Shanti Path.
Together with my handpicked team of Friends of yoga trained teachers we will explore the journey that we can take, side by side with yoga, to find peace within.
Dusk and Dawn are traditionally auspicious times to practice yoga, when the midday Sun energy and the midnight Moon energy are most in balance. We will take advantage of the long summer days to connect, learn and find joy in the simple. We will also be mindful of how our practice can change over time depending on our physical, mental and emotional needs.
The total cost for the weekend is £295 which includes accommodation, meals and all yoga sessions and activities.
Room preferences will be allocated on a first come basis.
Please complete and return your booking form with your deposit (non-refundable) of £95 to secure your room.
The balance of £200 is due by the 7th June 2025.
