You are warmly invited to join me for my 5th annual Yoga Retreat at Park Place.

The Jewels and Gems of Yoga Practice

This affordable retreat is an ideal opportunity for Friends of Yoga members to meet and connect with each other. The accommodation offers single or shared rooms and is basic but clean and homely. Ensuite rooms are allocated as bookings come in. The simple vibes of the centre are an ideal backdrop for your yoga experience.

Individual Yoga practices sparkle, be it a moment of mindfulness or an hour of movement.

When we skilfully string these precious gems together over a whole weekend, their intrinsic value is magnified and they shine even brighter.

Since 2022, I have been delighted to host this annual retreat for yogis to get together, rest, learn, have fun and grow in the tranquil surroundings of Park Place.

Some things remain the same, the quiet kindness of the nuns, the simple vegetarian food, the striped back lifestyle and rhythm of the day, the early nights and early mornings!

There is always a mix of returning yogis and first timers. Friendships rekindled or new ones made.

Every year new guest teachers are invited bringing fresh ideas and experiences to the weekend so each year is unique.
