Description
Enjoy a 3-night retreat at this stunning location on the south downs of the Isle of Wight where the nature and beauty of both the house grounds and the Downs, which overlook the sea, are literally on our doorstep.
We stay at Northcourt House a heritage property set in 26 acres of grounds. Our yoga sessions will take place in the old ballroom and will include asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, meditation and chanting.
