Description

Treat yourself to a special weekend on the East Sussex coast combining yoga with clifftop and estuary walks in the South Downs national park.

Stay in a glorious Edwardian mansion with vast gardens while you enjoy ‘Rise and Shine’ Hatha yoga in the mornings and ‘Deep Resting’ Restorative Yoga in the late afternoons. In between you can join an organised group hike or wander as you please.
