South East Area SUBSIDISED CPD.

Vital Vagus – Phenomenal Fascia – The Body’s Communication Superhighway.

Polyvagel theory, especially the dorsal vagus.

Role of the Psoas muscle which connects the lower body to the upper body.

Linking these two together: when the psoas becomes tight and shortened it triggers fear and anxiety – gut response.

The day will be a mix of theory and practice including asana, pranayama, mudra, simple sound and self-massage.

The tutor for this Friends of Yoga SUBSIDISED CPD is our very own Sheila Coombes. Sheila is a Friends of Yoga teacher training course tutor and theory assessor and a member of the Executive Committee.
