Vicky will guide you through a morning Yoga practice in relation to the position of the Sun in the Zodiac.  After lunch Jackie will be looking at the monthly movement of the sun through the Zodiac and where we should be concentrating our efforts each month. 

This workshop can be taken individually, or as a two part package with our “In tune with the Moon” workshop on 28th January 2023 (discounted price of £150 for the 2 workshops)
