Description

I am delighted to offer a Yoga and Tea Ceremony workshop inspired by an incredible trip to Japan where they take their tea seriously!

Together we will create an oasis in our busy lives and quieten the mind, body and soul through yoga and pranayama.

Then we will slow down and enjoy a moment of stillness one sip at a time with a cup of herbal tea.

Following this, we will have refreshments with homemade cakes and then enjoy a deep yoga nidra session to restore inner balance leaving you feeling refreshed and nourished.

It will be held at the lovely Westbrook Hall, Tempest Avenue, Waterlooville, PO7 8NU

The early bird cost is £25 if you pay before Friday 20th June or £30 afterwards.

Please note; to receive a refund you may cancel up to 2 weeks before the workshop, if you cancel within 2 weeks then no refund will be given. You may transfer your place to another person.
