My mantra is ‘Yoga for Every-body’. For me, yoga is all about being comfortable in your body, whatever your age, and still in your mind. As you stretch into stillness, bodily tensions are released. Your mind becomes calmer with a renewed enthusiasm for life.

I teach Hatha, Yin, Restorative and chair-based Gentle Years Yoga classes at my home studio in the beautiful city of Winchester, Hampshire. I offer 1:1, 1:2 and small group private yoga with modifications to suit you & your body.
My friendly & relaxed community classes are offered at Martyr Worthy Village Hall, just off the main road between Alresford & Kings Worthy, with free parking in the lane. Please refer to the website’s Welcome & Classes pages for my latest schedule and to book online.

My initial teaching qualification was awarded by Wingrove Yoga School/ FRYOG, 1984 (Distinction); in 2017 I gained the higher level Yoga Teaching Diploma qualification through Real Yoga, Ledbury. In 2022 I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga as a chair-based Gentle Years Yoga Teacher. I currently offer weekly mat-based Gentle Stretch Yoga classes (Tues 9.30 am) and chair-based Gentle Years Yoga free tasters & courses (Tues 11am) at Martyr Worthy Village Hall.
