About me
I trained with FRYOG for 2 years and gained my Friends of Yoga diploma in 2015. Followed by the 500 Hour diploma in 2016. I have been teaching for 5 years. My original class is still going strong and I am lucky to still have some original students that started on day one! I have a special interest in restorative yoga and run a monthly class in Denmead.
