My Name is Chrissie Douglass, and I’m based in Glarryford, near Ballymena in Northern Ireland.
I had a physical injury to my spine and leg/ankle and I will include that my head wasn’t in a good place. Someone suggested I try Yoga and I never looked back. I’ve been attending Yoga for a good number of years now and I can see the benefits in my mind and my body. I found myself and have become a much brighter person, as someone once said “if what you’re worrying about can’t be changed, then let it go” Never a truer word.
Having thoroughly enjoyed myself in various Yoga classes and some fabulous Yoga teachers over the years, I decided that I wanted to be a Yoga teacher too so I could help others. I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and I love it.
I have my space for Yoga and students at home and would welcome all.
I’m currently using the wonders of technology i.e. Zoom to help me teach students.

I cover all levels, so from a complete beginner through to those who would like to be encouraged a little more. Oh and before you say, “You need to be flexible to do Yoga”, I promise you no you don’t :O)
