Foundation and 200 hour Teacher Training – 17th September 2023 – 18 months

Combined Foundation and 200 hour Teacher Training Course.

Date: starts 17th September 2023.

Duration: 20 workshops of theory and practise over 18 months.

Time: Sundays 10am – 4pm.

Location: Birdwood House, Totnes, Devon TQ9 5SQ.

Cost: £1800 (payment plan available after £500 initial deposit).

In the first nine months you will study the ‘core’ teachings of yoga: the traditional Eastern philosophy which underpins the modern yoga class we know and love in the West.

The second nine months will enable you to teach others and you will be encouraged to start your own class and practise on family and friends.
