Please join me at my studio set in the Heart of The Meon Valley for a full Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat Day to prepare for the season of Spring. The day will begin with a 2 hour morning practice, followed by a delicious nutritional vegetarian lunch. We will then leave the studio for a beautiful walk connecting to the elements of The Meon Valley and returning to The Studio for a Relaxation and Meditation Practice followed by tea and cake.
