You are invited to join Donna & Cat for a Wim Hof & Yoga 2-night immersive retreat in South Devon. Please read below to discover more.

SATURDAY: Arrive at leisure from 17:00pm. Enjoy an early evening yoga class with Donna followed by a delicious evening supper.

SUNDAY: After breakfast, we will be joined by Cat our certified WHM Instructor, to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind and learn about the underlying physiology. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— this WHM workshop offers something for everyone. The morning kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day, along with a seasonal vegetarian meal around the fire pit. There is ample room for reflection, and Cat will be on hand to answer your questions throughout the workshop. Dinner will be available after the workshop draws to a conclusion.

MONDAY: After breakfast we will head to an amazing local wild swimming location to put our new skills into practise, before we say our fond farewells to our weekend companions, around 12:00pm.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is suitable for everyone. However, is does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participating in the Wim Hof Method during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic or have secondary Raynaud’s syndrome. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

What to bring?

Yoga mat, gym gear, bathers, flip flops, goggles, warm clothing, blanket, woolly/sun hat, sunscreen, towel, drinking flask/ eco cup, light snacks and drinking water.

What is included?

  • Two nights’ accommodation in the main house – allocated on a shared basis, with towels, linen, hair drier, TV and wi-fi.
  • Breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning.
  • Lunch on Sunday afternoon.
  • Dinner on Saturday and Sunday night.
  • Yoga class on Saturday night.
  • Wild swim on Monday morning.
  • Tea and coffee.
  • Friendly, professional tuition and guidance throughout the whole weekend.
