Description

The workshop is delivered by Aimee Newton, registered Osteopath and Yoga Teacher and Educator with over 17 years experience. I am in the process of deciding the exact content of the workshop with Aimee. It will be along the lines of helping us, as Yoga Teachers, to understand the anatomy of the body, with a view to how anatomy and yoga postures find harmony.
