Vicky will guide you through a morning Yoga practise in relation to the energy of the moon.  After lunch Jackie will be looking at tracking the Moon cycles, the phases of the Moon, how we can work with them and how to use the Moon as a personal calendar.

This workshop can be taken individually, or as a two part package with our “Working with the Sun Cycles” workshop on 1st October 2022 (discounted price of £150 for the 2 workshops)
