The day includes a layered approached to:

• The Chakras
• Lotus Making
• Sound and Rhythm in walking meditation
• Deep Sound relaxation with Mantra CPD will be led by Helen Sutcliffe with guest teacher Helen Gilhooly and sessions by Rachel Sutcliffe and Helen Rust.
