Chakras are an essential part of the energy body of each of us. How smoothly your own Chakras function determines how comfortable you feel in your physical body, how successful your relationships are and how much inner peace you are able to enjoy. By practicing yoga and meditation regularly you help to keep them as clean, open and operational as possible, which enhances your physical health, as well as your mental and emotional well-being, it’s a powerful way to develop inner poise and bring life into balance. During this workshop I will lead you into a practice to balance your Chakras. After lunch I will discuss on how you can recognise which Chakras are out of alignment by how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally and how this can be corrected through Yoga. I will then lead you into a Chakra Meditation to conclude the day.
