Meditation and Journaling Workshop

£20 if you book before 31st January or £25 afterwards

Description

We will practice some gentle yoga and a breathing technique.

Then we will sit in meditation where we will think about shaking off the cold Winter months and moving forward into Spring which we can write about in our journals.

We’ll have a tea break with delicious homemade cake and finish the workshop with a wonderful deep relaxation!

What to Wear/Bring

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Wear comfy clothes you can easily move around in, warm socks, eye mask/eye pillow, a pillow or bolster if you have one and a blanket for relaxation.

Journals and pens will be provided along with tea, coffee and cake!
